Social Creative, Community

London (UK)

Fabric Social is a London-based creative studio built for brands that want to be seen, felt, and talked about. We craft ideas with cultural relevance, blending strategy, storytelling, and scroll-stopping visuals to create work that lives beyond the feed.

We work with some of the most exciting names in fashion, beauty, culture and tech — and now, we’re looking for a Social Creative who lives and breathes social to help shape our next wave of content.

£28,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a concept-led creative who knows how to grab attention in 3 seconds or less.

You’ll ideate and execute bold, original content ideas across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — working closely with strategists, designers, and editors to bring campaigns to life. One day you might be storyboarding a brand film, the next you’re shooting lo-fi TikToks or coming up with reactive memes that tap into the moment.

This role is part strategist, part storyteller, part trend hunter — with a strong creative instinct and a finger permanently on the cultural pulse.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and content ideas tailored to each platform
  • Write short, sharp copy (captions, scripts, one-liners, call-to-actions)
  • Contribute to campaign brainstorms and pitch decks
  • Create lo-fi social-first content using a phone or quick edits
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and internet culture
  • Collaborate with the wider team (design, motion, production, strategy)
  • Bring new thinking to existing accounts and new briefs alike

About You

  • You’re a naturally creative thinker with 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You understand how different formats and platforms influence how stories are told
  • You’ve got a strong eye for visual culture and aesthetics
  • You’re fluent in memes, trends, and online behaviours — but know when to go deeper
  • You’re confident shooting scrappy content on your phone
  • You can pitch ideas clearly, both verbally and visually
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with brands in fashion, beauty, or culture

Perks

  • Hybrid working (2–3 days in our London studio)
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off
  • Regular cultural outings + inspiration sessions
  • A chance to shape the creative output of a fast-growing studio
  • Dog-friendly studio (seriously, it’s a vibe)
