Account Executive

London (UK)

We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Account Executive to join our growing Client Services team. You’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class service to our clients, supporting on strategy, community, content, campaigns, production, influencer, paid, measurement and everything in between.

Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and an essential part of getting great work made. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, and producers, ensuring everything runs smoothly, stays on track, and delivers results.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye, great instincts, and a genuine love for all things social. You’ll need to be curious, organised, and collaborative and up for the challenge of helping us build the most exciting agency in the world.

£25,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting across the delivery of social-first campaigns and always-on work 
  • Managing timelines, tracking tasks, and helping projects stay on time and on budget 
  • Collaborating with creatives and strategists to bring big ideas to life 
  • Helping run social calendars, content and community plans 
  • Presenting work, updates, and reports to clients with clarity and confidence 
  • Contributing to brainstorms, trend reports, and creative reviews 
  • Keeping a close eye on culture, platforms, and what makes content land 
  • Reporting on performance and feeding learnings into the work 
  • Building great relationships with clients, colleagues, and collaborators 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a social-first agency environment 
  • A solid grasp of social platforms, trends, and best practices 
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through 
  • Strong communication and people skills – you’re confident with clients and a team player internally 
  • A creative mindset and a proactive attitude 
  • Passion for social platforms, storytelling, and the power of community 
  • An interest in culture and a sharp radar for what’s hot, what’s not, and what’s next
